Co-creator of the girl geek foursome Team Unicorn, Michele Boyd grew up teaching herself to write in Tolkien runes and waking up early to make sure she didn’t miss Sailor Moon. In addition to Team Unicorn projects, Michele has also had recurring roles on the webseries The Guild and SOLO the Series. Past TV credits include How I Met Your Mother, Big Time Rush and Sons of Anarchy as well as the SyFy movie Battle of Los Angeles.

When I was in high school I had Tolkein runes painted on my jacket, they said “Keep the candle burning” and “Understand the voice within.” If you know what those are from, extra points for you.
